Account opening form.

Before you start. Complete every section that applies. Mark any section that does not apply as N/A rather than leaving it blank, so we can tell the difference between "none" and "not answered".
Onboarding is conducted entirely online. No physical presence and no notarisation are required, and an electronic signature is accepted. Incomplete submissions are held rather than assessed.

legal@globalservercapital.com . You will receive written
confirmation once it has been retrieved.
I Declaration and signature
The information in this form is true, complete, and accurate, and I will notify GlobalServer Capital promptly in writing if any of it changes.
The funds to be placed derive from the sources declared in section F and from no other source.
The tax residency information in section E is correct, and I will provide an updated declaration within thirty days of any change in circumstances.
I am acting on my own behalf, or, where the applicant is an entity, I am duly authorised to act on its behalf.
I consent to the verification described in the privacy policy, including identity, ownership, sanctions, and adverse media screening.
I understand the account is opened for the purpose described in section G, and that activity materially different from it may prompt further enquiry.
I understand this form is an application and not an agreement, that acceptance is at the discretion of GlobalServer Capital, and that fees become payable only once written terms have been issued to me and accepted.
I understand that the minimum balance for the classification selected in section A must be funded after activation and kept continuously on deposit for at least one year, and that the year runs from the date it is fully funded.
