A private trust that answers the phone.
Moving capital for people who cannot afford a file to go quiet.
Why this desk exists
Private capital kept running into the same wall. A family office with a sound project could not reach the settlement infrastructure that a mid tier bank treats as routine. A trust holding a perfectly good instrument could not find anyone willing to monetize it without a chain of intermediaries taking a cut.
GlobalServer Capital was set up to close that gap. We hold the banking relationships, the trust structure, and the settlement platform directly, so a client speaks to the people who actually execute rather than to a broker who will introduce them to a broker.

What we will not trade away.
Discretion
Client information stays inside the engagement team. We do not publish names, we do not use clients as references, and we do not confirm relationships to third parties.
A straight answer
If a request will not clear compliance, you hear it on the first call. Stringing a client along for a retainer is how most of this industry operates and it is not how we do.
Direct execution
We hold the bank relationships and run the settlement platform ourselves. No chain of introducers between your instruction and the rail it lands on.
Documentation
Every transaction leaves a complete paper trail. Audit records, confirmations, and chain of custody are produced as a matter of course, not on request.
What the firm is built on.
Every discipline, on every file.
We do not publish a leadership page with headshots, because clients who need discretion tend to expect it of us as well. What matters more is which disciplines review your transaction, and the answer is all of them.
International legal
Cross border trust structuring, instrument documentation, and jurisdiction selection.
Private banking
Relationship management, credit assessment, and the bank side of instrument delivery.
Capital markets
Structuring, placement, and valuation for funding and monetization mandates.
Settlement operations
Protocol execution, rail selection, reconciliation, and the audit record behind it.

Borders are a documentation problem.
Moving money between two jurisdictions is rarely blocked by technology. It is blocked by paperwork that does not satisfy the receiving compliance desk. Our multi jurisdictional trust structure exists so that the paperwork is right the first time.
That covers North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, with correspondent reach well beyond our direct relationships.
See the programsThe part most of this industry skips.
Instrument and monetization work attracts a great deal of fraud. We would rather lose a mandate than take one we cannot evidence, and the checks below are the reason clients get a straight answer instead of a long silence.
Know your customer
Identity and beneficial ownership are verified on every engagement, for the entity and for the individuals who control it. No exceptions for referrals.
Source of funds
Funds must be evidenced, not asserted. Where the trail cannot be documented, we decline rather than pass the problem to a receiving bank.
Instrument verification
We assess the issuer before the paper. A flawless document from an institution nobody will accept is not workable, and we say so at the outset.
Sanctions and screening
Parties, jurisdictions, and wallet addresses are screened before anything moves. Anything that fails screening stops there.
Audit record
Every transaction leaves a complete trail: what was instructed, who approved it, and what came back. Produced as standard, not on request.
Confidentiality
We do not publish client names, use clients as references, or confirm a relationship to anyone without written authorisation from the client.
