The name has moved twice, which is twice more than is ideal, so here is the whole sequence in one place rather than scattered across three announcements.
- visaglobalserver.com was the original address. It was retired when the platform was consolidated under a single name.
- globalserverfunds.com replaced it in May 2026. It still answers today, and its articles now redirect here, but it is no longer where the firm presents itself.
- globalservercapital.com is the current home, and the one worth bookmarking.
What actually changed
The address, and how the firm describes itself. GlobalServer Capital leads with the advisory and settlement work; the platforms sit behind it rather than in front of it. That is a change of emphasis, not of what is being operated.
No migration is required on your side. No account was moved or reissued. Logins, balances, credentials, and API keys are untouched. The only thing worth doing is updating a bookmark.

API integrations need no change. The API host deliberately did not move. If you have a running integration, leave it exactly as it is; there is no cutover date and no deprecation attached to this.

Is this the same company?

No. It stays registered and continues to answer. Letting an address that clients and counterparties have on file simply go dark is how documents end up pointing at nothing, so it keeps a page explaining where things went.
Does any of this affect a transaction already in progress?
No. Settlement, tracking, and confirmations run on the same systems they ran on last week. If you are mid transaction and want that confirmed in writing for your file, ask and you will get it in writing.
